Way back in 1530, a 5 year old boy went outside into the brisk dark night to take a look at the moon and the stars. Little to his knowledge, that night just happened to be the only Lunar Eclipse to EVER be on the Vernal Equinox, and he just happened to be standing on a hill which is the nexus of a time/space/gravity distortion. And right when the Moon was fully eclipsed by the Earths shadow, this young boy spun out of great joy for he heard all the elders having a great Vernal Equinox party in the shire. And not a second later, a great rift in reality opened on that hill and the boy was caught in a catachlysmic power surge that basically leveled the whole area. but by some whim of chance, young Karel survived and dazedly walked away from what is now known as the infamous Gravity Hill.

Now, ever since then Karel had lived from home to home to home. And it seemed that all families feared him due to the fact that Karel just wouldn't age normally and the fact that he would often make plates and chairs levitate and cause furniture to rotate him didn't help either. It would take years and years just to get the appearance of getting one year older. Due to this, Karel had already matured mentally and had the proper mind of an adult ans as his mind grew so did his powers. The factor of ageism frustrated him greatly but centuries passed and Karel had very well traveled almost everywhere in the world. Around the 60's, Karel volunteered to partake in some medical experiments that unknowingly would regress his mind to that of a normal teenager. well that was time well spent.

After a while, Karel took it upon himself to use his powers for the benefit of others and ofcourse above all...himself. He did rookie police and investigations work but failed misserably at it. so he just went back beating muggers and being paid for sitting on people till they passed out. It wasn't till he helped a Brian Sweetthing in a Sperm Bank Robbery that he truly desired to be a patron of justice...dare i say?....a SUPER HERO!He and Brian were free lance superhero's for hire until they were recruited into The Underground!


Powers:
Through the years, Mr. Moon has discovered the power to use gravity to his advantage!

"Revolving Revolution!"
Mr. Moon can start building up energy and start spinning around and around creating a gravity pull that can cause almost anything and everything to start orbiting him, rendering them vulnerable to attacks and/or barrages of sorts.

"Air Lock!"
Using the power of the dead rock orbiting earth, Moon can munipulate the surrounding air pressure. and if need be he can make a dome appear around an enemy and make the space inside gain the atmosphere of the moon itself...being as there is none. tee hee. this attack can also be usefull as a barrier for a defensive tactic .

"Psycho Attack!"
One of Mr.Moon's favorite attacks! By using this he can summon up a bolt of teal kinetic energy and send it arching to the desired target. This deals quite a bit of damage but those trained in the deadly arts of psychology and logic can most likely shield themselves from such attacks.

"Orbit!"
Wielding the Crescent Scythe, Moon can boomerang the thing at quite a distance! But the distance all depends on what planet he calls. If he name's a planet closer to the sun, the shorter the range, the farther from the sun, the longer the range.(Ex. Yelling "Mercury Orbit!" would cause the scythe to make a short travel. "Pluto Orbit!" would be the farthest it could go.)Don't even get me started on Planet X.

"Dire Pulse!"
A recently discovered hidden power. Using a mixture of his gravity and strength, Moon can slam the ground with his fist or foot and jolt the very foundations of the earth! He can either send a circular shock wave that has about a 1-2 mile radius or send it in one specific direction towards a target. Karel usually drives the Oracle into the ground when using this attack so it will be magnified to cover a 3-4 mile radius.

"DO IT!"
A very basic power. When Karel gets struck by anger and frustration he can occasionaly use this power to make people get intimidated by him and basically make them do whatever he wants(to an extent). Very rarely used thought.

Gravitation
This is the apitamy of Karels power. Most of Karels powers come from his inate ability to manipulate gravity. With this he can fly and use telekenisis freely.Or he can increase/reduce the gravity between two desired points which causes them to either repel or attract.

Immense Mass
Due to his immense and rather remarkable girth, Moon has quite a bit of muscle. He sometimes forgets his own strength and causes a few accidents. One time lifted up the front of Suzanne's car with her still in it..she nearly soiled herself i tell you!

Items and Weapons:
Mr. Moon has an assortment of essential items for battle. Some deadly, some neutral, and some just plain disturbing.

Crescent Scythe
Innaptly named a 'scythe', Mr.Moon's most used hand-to-hand weapon is a crescented sickle. This exotic and rather remarkable weapon is made of Stainless Titanium and has the novelty of glowing in the dark. -L-; Although mostly used for close range combat, the crescent scythe can be used as a boomerang to cover varied distances.

Year of The Rat Charm
Being a bit on the supersticious side, Karel forever carries a Chinese Character charm about his neck that represents the 'Year of the Rat'(his birth year). He believes that this little trinket can offer some protection and a helping of good luck. but the necklace has a few attributes that don't exactly leave Mr.Moon in need of more power *wink wink* ^L~

The Oracle
Due to his lack of emotional instability, Karel needs to desperately rely and confide in an intelligent authority figure...so naturally he became dependant on a pool thermometer with a duck topper. Karel exclusively confides in the pool accesory, dubbed the Oracle. While in the guise of a thermometer, the Oracle has an enigmatic and vague past and it harbors a few secrets and quirks that only Karel knows of and can fully comprehend/appreciate. And it also shrouds the fact that it can actually magnify and channel Moon's power to cause great devestation. The Oracle basically knows all and comes equipped with a cord for whip-related uses.

Little Wooden Box
Moon's favorite little toy. Moon often uses this little capsule to basically store most things. expecially (see brian?) certain parents. when Moon seals away something into his void of a box he always follows with the phrase "I keep them in a little wooden box...for my own amusement..."

Pandora's Box
When Nun's Arc of the Covenant and Moon's Little Wooden Box are joined back to back they make a bigger box. The summed power of this box is unfathomable. It's so powerful that they've only done it once andthey barely remember what happened but they do know that the world didn't just plunge into another ice age by itself.
