The personification of cuteness, young Suzanne can easily be compared to a shimmery puff of optimism and innocence. Even before she was a Super Hero she loved to help out in her community... she would volunteer to play with puppies at animal shelters, and would read to children and at Thomas' Book Store. Well, at least until she creeped out the manager with her intense amounts of quirky energy. An endless fountain of love and caring constantly bubbles up from her soul... and she was always looking for something more that she could do to share that love with the world, as well as for a special someone.

It wasn't until that fateful day when a rampage at the Thomas' Book Store occurred... she looked on as her dear freind Thomas transformed into the amazing Mr. Moon, rescuing the children (and stealing their candy in the process...). It was then that sweet Suzanne realized her true calling... She could help the city much more as a superhero(plus she had an idea for her suit that would look just adorable!). But it wasn't until a certain Super Sexy Man flew onto the scene, providing Mr. Moon with some backup, that she knew for sure that this was the job for her.

Hooking up with Super Sexy Man shortly after their first encounter and falling madly in love, some say Suzanne is an Undergrounder by *marraige*. This does not, however, make her any less important to the team. Her innocent, inspiring attitude makes up for her lack of brute strength. Her strength does power up by the 10 fold, however, if she fears that her Super Sexy Man is in danger. Many an enemy have been surprised at the amount of raw power this little chica can muster.

Powers:
Sparkle Puff Pipsi powers include Puny Attacks and Cute and Utter Inocence.

"Sparkley Puff Attack!"
Pipsi gains this attack by summoning the Wand of Puffery. She prances about then thrusts the wand toward the enemy and shoots little energy sparks that annoy or staul an enemy. But when Pipsi gets really peeved, the attack can get pretty vicious. This attacks strength is doubled when Super Sexy Man is around.

"Shimmer! Shimmer! Shimmer!"
Pipsi uses the glitter on her suit to reflect any light so that it may blind an enemy although it rarely works. And it's extremely difficult for the whole group to sneak around with Pipsi around, but that's why Super Sexy Man hides her in his cloak(or is it?).

Bubble Gum KICK!
Pipsi's only direct combat move, called the BubbleGum Kick for it seems that her leg stretches to unusual lengths when doing so. This attack can sometimes cause a surprising amount of damaga (just ask SPL).

MAU!!!
Mau, as the average Undergrounder should know, translates to "dance" in Japanese. By uttering this seemingly harmless word and performing a rather innocent (and idiotic) looking dance, Sparkle Puff hypnotizes enemies within range to dance along with her. They are then vulnerable to attacks made by other Undergrounders... as long as they don't fall under the spell as well!

Shimmer Wings
Pipsi's shimmer wings give her the ability to fly... if you can call it flying. They aren't that powerful at all, and generally allow her to hover in the air for a few seconds, then flop back on the ground.

Cute and Utter Innocence
Pipsi has been known to radiate such innocence, that she can be taken into the lairs of supervillians being thought an innocent child. Little do these villians know, she is a spy for the Underground.

Items & Weapons:
Wand of Puffery
A rainbow stick of pure mayhem is always at the side of Sparkle Puff Pipsi. It blows a harmless looking glitter onto the bodies of thugs. This glitter can stun a villian for ten or fifteen seconds. In these few precious seconds, the villians are as harmless as a baby lamb.

The Pipsi-Mobile
A red honda civic when used for civilian purposes, but when it comes time to save the world, Suzanne's "dinky car" morphs into an even smaller pink biplane, which is quite helpful for cross-country rescue missions.
